Purpose of the position-Manage existing client PGP Business in Territory.
Develop Linde India PGP business in Respective Territory as per Annual plan.

Principal responsibilities :- Develop new business opportunities. Responsible for generating revenue from assigned territory as per the annual plan,Interact with prospective customers, explain product benefits, negotiate for orders prepare necessary documentation required by various internal departments ( IS, Finance, CES, Distribution, CSC, PGP Ops etc ) Competitor Monitoring – Understand & provide feedback on local competitor activities, strengths and weaknesses (share, cost positions etc), and expected/typical behaviour.
Key interfaces:-PGP sales team ( Market Zone Manager )
Other department – Finance, PGP Ops – Plant level, Distribution, CSC.
Required critical behaviours :- Should be able to interact with all the stake holders smartly.Good communication skill,Well versed with application based selling , product trials etc.
Required key skills (functional/technical)Functional-Good understanding of commercial transaction,taxation
Technical-Preferably from welding industry, should understand various welding processes,parameters etc.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering/Any/ OR ITI OR any grad
Years of experience: prefferable 2-3 years of experience in welding industry, Welding consumable sales, Industrial consumable sales,lubricant,speciality chemical,sealants,paint,oil,gas etc
Payroll of Randstad India-1 year contract (renewable)
