Education Qualification For the SPAC– The Candidate should be at least Post Graduate in Economics, Mathematics, Sociology or Statistics/orshould have Master Degree in Management having experience of at least one to two years in the relatedfield. The candidates who have degree of M.Phil, P.hd.who have presented research papers in Seminars/Coferenes or having teaching experience would be given preference. Well developed IT skills will be an essential requirement.The candidate having experience of similar type of work in State Government will be given preference.
