Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing the annual budget.
- Developing and implementing financial controls and procedures.
- Analyzing financial performance and identifying improvement areas.
- Preparing financial reports, statements, and returns.
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and other financial risks.
- Coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Liaising with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Providing financial advice and support to the plant management.
Eligibility Criteria:
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance from a recognized university or institution.
CA/ICWA/CS from a recognized professional body.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting in a manufacturing or process industry.
Knowledge of ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
