Eligibility Criteria (Post-wise)
Eligibility is based on three main factors: Educational Qualification, Experience, and Age Limit (as on 01.05.2025).

Note on Preferred Qualifications: For VP Wealth and AVP Wealth, preference/weightage will be given to candidates with an MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or Professional Certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP, or CFA.

Selection Process
The SBI SO Recruitment 2025 for these Wealth Management posts does NOT include a written exam. The selection is based on the following stages:
Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on the applicant’s academic qualifications, professional experience, and overall suitability. Merely meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview (Personal/Video/Telephonic), which carries 100 marks. Candidates will be assessed on their skills, knowledge, and experience.
Merit List: The final merit list for selection will be prepared solely based on the marks obtained in the Interview.
Pay scale :
- VP Wealth (SRM): CTC Upper Range ₹44.70 Lakhs (Fixed ₹30 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- AVP Wealth (RM): CTC Upper Range ₹30.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹20 Lakhs + Allowances ₹1.16 Lakhs + PLP 45% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
- Customer Relationship Executive: CTC Upper Range ₹6.20 Lakhs (Fixed ₹4 Lakhs + Allowances ₹0.77 Lakhs + PLP 35% of Fixed + Increment 0-25%)
Contract Period: 5 Years (Renewable for another 4 years)
